Hello, my name is Peggy Perry. My husband, Brien, and I would like to invite you to join us as we explore the wine capitals of the world. Although we've been travelling to great wine regions for decades, we never tire of the people and places, whose subsistence centres around food and beverage. There is always something new and exciting to enrich our lives and our palates. 

As far back as I can remember, good food has been a driving force in my life. Even as a small child, I preferred cheese to candy! I was wholly absorbed in the recipes and cooking techniques of my relatives. I happily helped my uncle on his lobster fishing boat and was excited to ice fish with my dad. Then, came wine. At the early age of 15 having tasted a sip of Beaujolais with a roasted chicken, the concept of "pairing" food and wine immediately became a personal passion. As a teenager on my first trip to Europe, I knew my professional life would be dedicated to the fascinating world of wine and food…
